According to the FIR, in June 2019, a case was registered against Armaan Malik for raping an 11-year-old girl by drugging her. In the same case, YouTuber was also arrested on 23 September 2019, but later he got bail. Recently, Armaan Malik’s first wife Payal Malik was also asked about the alleged rape case after her exit from Bigg Boss OTT 3 although he had called this case false.
Soon after the copy of the FIR surfaced online, many social media users reacted to it. One user wrote, ‘This is sick.’ Another netizen questioned his participation in Bigg Boss OTT 3 and urged the government to investigate the matter. The user wrote, ‘Indian people and Government of India please look into this’.
Armaan Malik is one of the most controversial contestants of Bigg Boss OTT 3. Since coming to the show, he has been facing criticism for many reasons. Many people have accused him of promoting polygamy. Armaan married Payal in 2011 and they gave birth to a son named Chirayu Malik. Six years later, in 2018, Armaan married Payal’s best friend Kritika without legally ending his first marriage. Kritika is also the mother of a son. Armaan is now the father of 4 children. Payal had recently given birth to two twins.
Recently, in an exclusive interview with News18 Shosha, Armaan’s first wife Payal had also called his marriage with Kritika as ‘illegal’. She admitted that she was heartbroken when the YouTuber married her best friend. However, Payal also said that now she has forgotten everything.
