Israel launches major attack in Lebanon, conducts 40 air strikes after warning, enemy Hezbollah shaken

Israel launches major attack in Lebanon, Israel has launched an attack in Lebanon after fearing an attack by Hezbollah. According to Lebanese media reports, there have been 40 attacks in southern Lebanon. The attack came after Israeli Defense Forces Spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said that Hezbollah was preparing an attack on Israel.

After this, Israel carried out air strikes in Lebanon in the early hours of Sunday targeting the positions of Shia militia Hezbollah. The Israeli army gave this information. The Israeli military issued a statement accusing Hezbollah of ‘preparing to fire missiles and rockets towards Israeli territory’. Hezbollah has also retaliated.

Israel had given warning earlier

Hagari said in his statement, ‘We can see that Hezbollah is preparing to launch a large-scale attack on Israel, putting Lebanese civilians at risk.’ Hagari did not provide any further details about this intelligence. He said, ‘We warn citizens living in areas where Hezbollah is active to leave immediately for their safety.’

The death of a top Hezbollah commander in an Israeli attack and the death of Hamas leader Ismail Haniya in a suspected Israeli attack in Iran have strengthened fears that the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip could turn into a regional conflict.
