Yodha is a Hindi Language action film directed by Sagar Ambre, Pushkar Ojha and produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Shashank Khaitan, Apoorva Mehta under the banners of Dharma Productions, Mentor Disciple Films. The star cast includes Sidharth Malhotra, Disha Patani, Rashi Khanna, Ankit Raj, Abhishek Mishra, Amit Singh Thakur, Anvisha Tyagi etcetera. Principal photography began on 27 November 2021. On 18 December 2021, Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna were announced as the leading actresses. In December 2021, Patani wrapped up her portion of the shoot and wrote a rap song for Badshah. In March 2022, Raashii Khanna wrapped up her portions.
The Swayambhu architecture situated atop a hill in the Kathmandu Valley was a significant filming location, some comedy scenes between Mohanlal and Jagathy Sreekumar were shot there on its steps elevating to the Buddha statue. According to sources, Yodha film has been made with a budget of around ₹60 crores.

The film was scheduled to be released on 7 July 2023 but was delayed. The film was then postponed to 8 December 2023 and is now scheduled to release on 15 March 2024.

Karan Johar, producer of the film, shared the skydiving video on Instagram with the caption, “Airdropping the adrenaline-fueled ride onto your screens like never before! Gear up, #Yodhateaser out on Feb 19.” In the video, a team is seen going for skydiving in Dubai to unveil the film’s poster. The team jumps off a flight with the poster and tricolour smoke.
The budget of the movie is Rs 60 Crores, we have to wait till March 15 whether this movie will be a success on box-office or not. Audiences have very high hopes from Sidharth Malhotra after his phenomenal performances in previous movies.
