Police caught 8 Jewellery Robbers in District Unnao, on the evening of 14 February Ankit Soni Son of Raju Soni from Mohiuddinpur District Unnao gave information to the police at Morava Police Station that his brother Amit Soni had a Jewellery Shop at Aasrang Crossroad named Kanchan Jewellers.

On 14 February at 7 PM, Amit Soni closed his shop and came home on a motorcycle but on his way back home near Girishchandra Ballast Shop on Mohiuddinpur Road a Santro Car stopped in front of his path and three men came from Behind and attacked Amit Soni and stole a bag of Gold and Silver Jewellery and flee from there.

Lucknow Surveillance and S.O.G Team, Unnao Surveillance, Morava Police, Dahi Police, Kotwali Police, and Ajgain Station Police team took action and Caught 8 culprits of this case named-

1-Amit Mishra from village Nandheri Majda Lodipur, District Raebareli

2- Ashish Singh from Village Rampur Majda Lodipur, district Raebareli

3- Sanju Paswan from Gujjaini Ravidaspur Kachi Basti, Kanpur

4- Sagar Singh From Village Patrsa, District Kanpur. Belonging Village- Maharajnagar

5- Gaurav Sharma FromVillage Pur, District- Bhavani Haryana

6- Amit Kumar Valmiki From Ram Gopal Crossroad high tenson line District- Kanpur

7- Raju Soni

8- Gopal Soni from District- Kanpur

Police Recovered 13 lakhs of Gold and 5 lakhs of Silver, 2.50 Lakh Cash, Two Illegal Revolvers, 4 bullets, 5 mobile Phones, and a Santro Car Involved in this robbery.

During Interrogation Robbers gave information to the police that they robbed Amit Soni on 14 February at 7 pm at Girishchandra Ballast Shop on Mohiuddinpur Road with his other partners. After that, they went to Gujjaini Kanpur.


In Gujjaini they distributed the money. Sagar Singh informed that one of the gang members Vicky Kashyap Arrested in the case of the loot of a mobile phone from a woman on 13/2/2024 In Hanumanta Police Station, Bihar. 18/2/2024 He went to Jail. Sagar Singh Informed this that they Used Vicky Kashyap’s Scotty for this Robbery.

Robbers Gave Jewellery to Raj Soni who had a Jewellery shop in the name of Raj Jewellers. Raju Soni and Gopal Soni Worked In the Same Shop. Robbers gave them 150 grams of gold and 1.7 kg of silver to dissolve. After selling the gold and silver Raju Soni called to collect money on 24/2/2024.
