Sambhal Police Arrested 3 Accused in Murder Case, on 15 March 2024, Police received information about the dead body of Ramnivas at Kaila Devi Police Station Police registered a case of murder, and with the help of an informer they were able to arrest 3 murder accused they identify as-
- Vijay son of Ram Chandra, Address- Mubarikpur District- Sambhal
- Ram Kishan son of Rajendra, Address- Kamalpur District- Sambhal
- Rajvanti wife of Ramnivas, Address- Mubarikpur District- Sambhal
There were two more men involved in this murder who were on the run from the police. Police identified one as Dharmender Son of Ramprakash from Village Mubarikpur District- Sambhal and another person involved in this case has not been identified yet by the Police.

Sambhal Police Arrested 3 Accused in Murder Case: Police Recovery and Action
The accused told the police that Ramnivas was ill and he did not have any work. Vijay helped Ramnivas’s Wife with house ration needs and they started seeing each other. Due to the illness of Ramnivas his wife Rajvanti did not want to live with him anymore.
3 months before the murder, Vijay met with Ram Kishan who worked in the Jan Seva Centre of SBI they made a plan they would make Accident Insurance for 20 lakhs of Ramnivas then they would kill Ramnivas and they will through the dead body on a road side and show that he died in a road accident then they will claim 20 lakhs of insurance and distribute the money with each other.
On 12th March, Ramnivas travelled on the motorcycle with them and they reached Gawan. Vijay and Dharmendra also reached Gawan. In the evening they do not return to their village Mubarikpur they go into the Forest with Ramnivas for Alcoholic Drinks they go into Tubewell and attack him with Iron Rebars and then they through dead body ahead of Kamalpur Sambal Gawan road with black motorcycle so they can show it as Road Accident.

1-Ramkishan and Vijay near Pull of Mubarikpur on 15 March
2-Rajvanti from her house on 16th March.
