Punjab CM Bhagwant Maan and his wife blessed with a baby girl.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and his wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur announced the birth of their baby girl on Thursday. Bhagwant Mann is 51 Years old and his wife is 34 years old.
Making the announcement on X (formerly Twitter), the Chief Minister informed that that both the mother and the baby were doing fine.

Mann is the first CM in the history of re-organised Punjab to become a father while in office.
Moreover, Punjab CM has two kids from his first wife, a son and a daughter who are now adults.
Earlier this year, Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann took his audience by surprise when he announced that he and his wife were expecting a baby in March during his Republic Day address in Ludhiana. The CM said his wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur was seven-month pregnant.
Urging people not to get sex determination tests done, Mann said: “I am also expecting a bundle of joy in my home coming March. My wife is seven months pregnant. We’ve consciously chosen not to discover the gender and won’t do so in the future either. I urge everyone to avoid such practices.
He added “Let’s refrain from discriminating between boys and girls; instead, let’s wish for a healthy baby. Given the opportunity, there’s nothing that girls can’t achieve.”
