The Girlfriend movie, on April 5 is the birthday of national crush of India- Rashmika Mandanna and on this occasion the poster of her upcoming movie” The girlfriend” is also unveiled. The actor looks coy as she stands amid a college backdrop in the first poster from the film. The film is touted to be a love story blended with a thrilling punch.

The actress is celebrating her 28th birthday today and her fans are showering their immesnse love and best wishes on her.
Announcing her 24th film on October 23, Rashmika Mandanna wrote in the caption, “The world is full of great love stories. But there are those few love stories that haven’t been heard or seen before. And ‘The Girlfriend’ is one such. #RM24 (sic).”
The girlfriend is solo-led thriller movie directed by Rahul Ravindran, produced by Geetha Arts, Mass Movie Makers, and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment.
The first look teaser featured a voiceover expressing possessiveness and love. We then see a visual of Rashmika submerged in water. She looks distressed and breathless. A voiceover says, “I love her so much that she doesn’t need friends, family or anyone else. I am all she needs. I just want her to be with me 24/7. To have a girl I can call MINE (sic).”
Interestingly, Rashmika has dubbed the movie in five languages. She has more projects in the pipeline this year, she will be seen in pushpa 2: The Rule opposite Allu Arjuna and “Chavva” opposie Vicky Kaushal.
