Team India draws test series 1-1 in South Africa

Team India Defeated South Africa in the second test match and Team India draws the test series 1-1 in South Africa. South Africa won the first test match at Centurion and Team India leveled this series at Cape Town. Team India created history and became the first Asian team to defeat South Africa at Cape Town.

Day-1 South Africa won the toss African captain Dean Elgar decided to bat first. The opening pair of Aiden Markram and Captain Dean Elgar came to the crease and team India started their bowling with Jaspreet Bumrah. Rohit Sharma scored not out 17 runs and Shreyas Iyer scored not out 4 Runs India won the match with seven wickets in hand. Mohammad Siraj was Awarded as Player of the Match. Dean Elgar was Awarded as Player of the series.

It was a historical win for the Indian cricket team in Cape Town
