ED will take Kejriwal straight from the court to Tihar Jail. He can be kept in any one of jail numbers 3, 5, 8. This is because till now there has been a trend of keeping excise related leaders in different jails instead of keeping them in one jail. Presently DG, DIG, AIG all are present in the jail headquarters.

After the remand period ended, the Enforcement Directorate team on Monday presented Kejriwal before Special Judge Kaveri Baweja of Rouse Avenue. Earlier on March 28, the court had extended Kejriwal’s remand by four days. There is also a question whether after ED, CBI will now file an application before the court to take him on remand.
Kejriwal has challenged D’s arrest and ED custody in the High Court and the matter is to be heard on April 3. In this case, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh are already in jail in judicial custody.
