First Half

Mohun Bagan facing their City Rivals East Bengal in Salt Lake Football Stadium. In the early minutes of the match, Mohun Bagan was in attacking mode. Second Half

East Bengal brought Sayan Banerjee to replace Lalchungnunga. Vishnu Puthiya replaces Ajay Chhetri because of an injury. Mohun Bagan looked dangerous in the early minutes of the match they were controlling the tempo of the match so far.

In the 53rd minute, Cleiton Silva crosses it from behind to Saul Crespo’s run inside the box as he collects it on his chest and volleys it into the net. East Bengal scored a goal now they are trailing with two goals.

Mohun Bagan FC now slowing the pace of this match. In the 63rd minute of the match, Nandha Kumar crossed the ball from the left flank and Cleiton Silva headed the ball from five yards out with power off of a cross from the left but Vishal Kaith made a world-class save to keep the lead intact.
