Day 1 Box office collection and Film Review of Laal Salaam and Teri baton mein aisa uljha jiya. On Friday, Rajnikanth starrer movie “Laal Salaam” was released in movie theatres. It is a Kollywood film directed by Rajnikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajnikanth, ‘Lal Salaam’ minted ₹4.3 crore net in India and 10cr wordwide gross approx.
In terms of occupancy on February 9, Lal Salaam had an overall 30.35% Tamil occupancy. Rajinikanth’s sports drama film has a slow start and earns less than 1/10th of Jailer’s opening day haul.
The movie is made on a budget of ₹80-90 crore; the film also features Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in key roles. Lal Salaam is a social drama with a message, and Aishwarya Rajinikanth made a comeback through the movie after eight years.
Film trade analyst Monobala Vijayabalan called the movie a ‘Blockbuster’ in a social media post.
Another romance comedy movie “Teri baton mein aisa uljha jiya”, stars Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in the movie also released yesterday.
This movie is directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhna Shah (it is also their directorial debut) and produced by Maddock Films and Jio Studios.
The film, which received rave reviews from the fans on the opening day, witnessed a decent start at the domestic box office. Early estimates suggested that it minted Rs 6.50 crore. However, ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ collections are suspected to rise at the weekend.

According to some spectators, it’s a good movie, Kudos to the director to keep the story line simple since it involves religious beliefs. The director took atmost care that it hurt none. The strong message of communal unity was laudable. Super Star Rajni Sir’s costume, dialogue delivery, every movement of him in the film was given attention to detail. In Laal Salaam movie the manner in which the story has been narrated might not be impactful but the messages that the film looks to deliver is definitely laudable. For this, Aishwarya Rajinikanth gets full marks.
She also gets full marks for the well-thought-out climax, which is one of the highlights of the film. She handled the sensitive subject as like professional experieced director hats off to her, first half setting the plot to build story to the content but second half powerful social messages and twist and turn for united India.
Rajinikanth as the powerful and loving Moideen Bhai is impressive. The superstar delivers a measured and meaningful performance in this one.
The second half completely taken by Rajinikanth on his shoulders by his powerful dialogues and handsome costumes.

Vishnu Vishal, who is fast making a name for himself by picking good scripts and delivering impressive performances, does not disappoint in this one either. He comes up with a clean performance, neatly delivering what is expected of him.
Vikranth, who plays Rajinikanth’s son, Shamsuddin, comes up with a convincing performance.
Senthil, Thambi Ramaiah are proven they are seasoned actors and actress Jeevitha all come up with outstanding performances to lift the film and breathe life into it.
A R Rahman’s background score is apt to the best in the recent times of his films well done ARR Vishnu Rangasamy’s visuals are eye-catching. In all, Lal Salaam is a story told with noble intentions. In the second half some of the twist and turn director should narrated much better way
It’s combination of hindu sentimental and secular indian film india is for all religions and communities. Decent movie to watch.

and secular mind people and all the muslims will sure like this movie it’s not anti hindu movie but some extent it’s against hindutva politics.
Review of ”teri baaton mein aisa Uljha Jiya”
Audiences find second part more hilarious and touchier whereas first part is little slow. Kriti sanon is looking damn gorgeous in the movie. This is a romantic movie and treat to watch in Valentine’s week. There are around 5-7 kisssing scenes and songs of the are already great hits. Shahid and Kriti are sharing the big screen first time, so there is also a curiosity that viewers will appreciate their onscreen- pair or not.
The plot of the movie is about a bumbling young man (Shahid Kapoor) Aryan who meets a young woman (Kriti Sanon) SIFRA (Super Intelligent Female Robot Automation) and the two fall in love with each other. Aryan, deciding to introduce SIFRA to his family, gets into trouble as he learns that SIFRA is actually a humanoid Android robot.
Aryan is in love with Sifra even after he knows about her true identity; he is unable to control her feelings for her. There are lot of twists and turns in the movie which also creates suspense about its climax. Shahid and kriti’s chemistry is shining in the movie and audiences will be related to listen its dance numbers. The movie run time is 2hours 20 minutes.
