Jr. NTR is a prominent actor in the South industry and has given phenomenal performances in different movies. Now, Jr. NTR movie to Release in April – Devara Part 1. He never leaves any stone unturned to impress his audiences, he was last seen in the global blockbuster movie RRR as Komaram Bheem in which he shared the screen with Alia Bhatt.

It is an Action drama directed by Koratala Siva and produced by Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna under the banners of Yuvasudha Arts and N. T. R. Arts.

It is the first part of a two-part film. The film was officially announced in April 2021 under the tentative title NTR 30, as it is Rama Rao’s 30th film in the leading role, while the official title was announced in May 2023

In part 1 Jr. NTR is playing the role of Devara “Deva” Alam, the female lead is Jahanvi Kappor playing the character of “Thangam”, and Saif Ali Khan plays Bhairo as the main antagonist. There are other actors such as Murali Sharma, SreeKant, Prakash Raj, Chaitra Rai, and Shine Tom Chacko in important roles.

It is scheduled for a theatrical release on 5 April 2024 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.

According to various reports, Koratala Siva’s cinematic venture is being made at a whopping budget of Rs 300 crore, promising a movie experience like no other.

Saif is reportedly charging Rs 13 crores for Devara. On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor, who plays the female lead and will be sharing the screen space with Saif and Jr NTR, is getting Rs 5 crores for her role. To note, the media reports also suggest that Devara is made with an impressive budget of Rs 300 crores.

The film’s soundtrack and background are composed by Anirudh Ravichander in his fourth Telugu project after Agnyaathavaasi (2018), Jersey (2019), and Nani’s Gang Leader (2019). Anirudh started the work on the film’s music in November 2022

Who is Jr. NTR?

Jr. NTR, or Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr., is a popular and acclaimed actor in the Telugu film industry, also known as Tollywood. He was born on May 20, 1983, in Hyderabad, India. Jr. NTR belongs to the prestigious Nandamuri family, which has had a significant impact on Telugu cinema and politics.

Jr. NTR made his acting debut as a child artist in the film “Brahmarshi Vishwamitra” (1991). He later made his debut as a lead actor in the film “Ninnu Choodalani” (2001). Over the years, he has gained immense popularity for his versatile performances in various genres.

Jr. NTR has acted in a wide range of Telugu films, including blockbuster hits such as “Student No.1,” “Simhadri,” “Yamadonga,” “Brindavanam,” “Temper,” “Janatha Garage,” and “Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava,” among others.

He has received several awards for his performances, including Nandi Awards and Filmfare Awards South. Jr. NTR is known for his dynamic screen presence, powerful dialogue delivery, and ability to portray diverse characters.

Jr. NTR comes from a family with a strong political legacy. His grandfather, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), was a legendary actor and the founder of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), serving as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. However, as of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Jr. NTR has not been actively involved in politics.

Jr. NTR is considered one of the leading actors in the Telugu film industry, and his fan base extends across South India.  His Fans have to wait for JR. NTR’s Movie- Devara: part1 till April 5 for movie release. People are already for this movie to release though the official teaser was released on januray 8 is available on youtube which ends with “Fear has a new name- Devara” it also says “Get ready to witness massive blood bath”.
