AAP councilor Chhaya Sharma said in her written complaint that today at 4 pm, after the meeting at Satyanarayan Bhawan councilor office Chautha Pushta, Kartar Nagar, about 7-8 people came and two of them entered the building armed and garlanded Kanhaiya Kumar and slapped hard.
