PAN card fraud, transaction worth Rs 46 crore done in the name of a college student, income tax notice received. A student of Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh was surprised when he received the income tax notice. Actually, Pramod Dandotiya, who is doing MA from Jiwaji University, is troubled for the last three months. Using the PAN card of this student, unknown people formed a firm. Due to which transactions worth more than Rs 46 crore have taken place in the last three years.
Using his PAN card details, a company has made a transaction worth Rs 40 crore, on which the Income Tax Department has now sent a notice. However, Pramod Dandotiya has filed a case with the police for this fraud in the name of PAN card.
According to the police, an unknown person formed a company using the PAN card details of Pramod Dandotiya. Then this company has done transactions worth more than Rs 46 crore. Not only this, this company has not even paid GST. On the basis of this transaction of Rs 46 crore, Pramod Dandotia has received a notice from the Income Tax Department. However, now his complaint has been registered.

Gwalior’s Additional Superintendent of Police Shiaz KM said, “According to Pramod Dandotiya’s complaint, the company misused his PAN details. He has filed this complaint after receiving the notice from the Income Tax Department.”
Pramod Dandotia is doing post graduation from Jiwaji University. He had received an income tax notice on January 27, regarding a transaction worth Rs 46 crore. After this he contacted the Income Tax and GST Department. From where it was revealed that there is a company registered in his name in Delhi and Pune, which is doing these transactions. He told that he does not have any such company of his own. Then the Income Tax officials asked him to register a police case in this matter.
