Pregnant wife tied to a cot and set on fire in Amritsar, the woman and the twins in the womb lost their lives

The deceased has been identified as 23-year-old Pinky. She was six months pregnant, twin children were growing in her womb.

An incident that tears humanity apart has come to light from Amritsar, Punjab. It is being claimed in media reports that here a cruel husband brutally killed his pregnant wife.
The cruel husband is accused of tying his wife to the cot and setting her on fire. After setting the fire, the husband fled from the house and the wife died after getting badly burnt in the fire. The police is busy searching for the absconding husband. This entire incident is being reported from Bulle Nangal village of Baba Bakala of Beas police station of Amritsar district.
It is being said in the reports that on Friday, April 19, there was an argument between the husband and wife over some issue. All the stuff in the house was also burnt to ashes. It is being told that Sukhdev and Pinky got married about two and a half years ago. Police investigation revealed that there used to be frequent fights between the two over some issue or the other.
Overall, their relationship remained tense. In this episode, on Friday, an argument started between the two regarding some issue. After this, Sukhdev set his living wife on fire. After this matter came to light, the National Commission for Women has also taken cognizance. The Women’s Commission has condemned the matter. Also, a complete report of the case has been sought from Punjab Police.
