Kamindu Mendis and Kusal Perera maintain the run rate they had a 50-run partnership for the third Wicket. Kamindu Mendis scored 26 runs off 23 balls. Kusal Perera scored 53 runs off 34 balls. in the 17th over Sri Lanka lost back-to-back Wickets of Dasun Shanaka and Wanindu Hasaranga both batsmen gone at a Duck.

Charith Asalanka and Ramesh Mendis had a 11-run partnership for the seventh Wicket. Charith Asalanka scored 14 runs off 12 balls. Maheesh Theekshana scored 2 runs off 3 balls. Ramesh Mendis scored 12 runs off 10 balls. Matheesha Pathirana scored 1* run off 1 ball. Sri Lanka scored 161/9 in 20 overs. Ravi Bishnoi took 3 Wickets. Arshdeep Singh, Axar Patel and Hardik Pandya took 2 Wickets Each.

India Facing three balls of their Innings heavy Rain Started and After the Rain Stopped India need to chase the target of the 78 runs in 8 overs by DLS Method. Sanju Samson failed to make any impact in this match he scored a duck. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Suryakumar Yadav had a 39-run partnership for the Second Wicket.
