Bradon king and Johnson Charles had a 22-run opening partnership for the first wicket. Johnson Charles and Nicolas Pooran had an 80-run partnership for the second wicket. Johnson Charles scored 43 runs off 27 balls. Nicolas Pooran thrashed Afghan bowling attack with his batting skill. Nicolas Pooran unfortunately run out on the score of 98 runs. Rovman Powell scored 26 runs and Shai hope scored 25 runs. West Indies scored 218/5 in 20 overs.
West Indies took early wicket. Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored a duck Akeal Hosien took his wicket. Ibrahim Zadran scored 38 runs and Azmatullah Omarzai scored 23 runs. Rashid Khan scored 18 runs. Afghanistan batting order collapsed like house of Cards. Obed McCoy took 3 wickets. Akeal Hosien and Gudakesh Motie took 2 wickets each. Afghnistan scored 114 all out in 16.2 overs. Nicolas Pooran won the player of the match Award.
