Anupama fame actress Rupali Ganguly joins BJP. Rupali Ganguly, who became famous with the serial “Anupama”, joined BJP today. Rupali Ganguly has appealed to women to vote themselves and get their children to vote too, otherwise venting out anger on social media will not change anything. After joining the party, ‘Anupama’ fame TV actress Rupali Ganguly and Amey Joshi met party national president JP Nadda at his residence on Wednesday.
Nadda welcomed and congratulated both of them on joining BJP. Earlier, in the presence of BJP national general secretary Vinod Tawde, national media chief Anil Baluni and Sanjay Mayukh, Rupali Ganguly and Amey Joshi joined the BJP at the party’s national headquarters. Vinod Tawde, while welcoming Rupali Ganguly and Amey Joshi at the party headquarters, also targeted Congress fiercely over ‘vote jihad’.
Accusing the Congress of tarnishing the reputation of Indian democracy across the world, Tawde said that the opposition has now resorted to not just lies in its propaganda but has even resorted to propagating ‘vote jihad’. Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge and Congress should tell whether the talk of ‘Vote Jihad’ is being spread on the instructions of the high command. This shows the panic of the opposition that the ground has slipped beneath their feet.

After joining BJP, Rupali Ganguly said that she has reached here through art and she will serve the country by following the path shown by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Just as PM Modi has left an indelible mark on the soul of every Indian, in the same way she has left a mark on their soul too and she is joining BJP with everyone’s blessings.
However, she has not yet clarified whether she will contest the Lok Sabha elections in 2024 or not.
